Job Context:
We are looking for PHP Developers who can code in PHP in a timely and scalable way that improves the codebase of our products in meaningful ways.
You will be a part of a Web developer sector that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, to developing, testing, and launching.

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate should be able to develop and implement high-performance server-side application solutions.
• Participate in the full life cycle, from software definition, through design, development, test (Unit & Integration), release, and maintenance.
• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Developing JSON, REST, and SOAP APIs/web services.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Code review and code management on the versioning control system.
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Collaboration with the team member
• Should be updated on new trends and best practices in web development

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
• Skills Required: Laravel, MySQL, PHP, PHP (OOP), PHP Framworks, PHP Laravel

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Web Developer/ Web Designer

Additional Requirements:

• Age 21 to 32 years
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programing (OOPS), PHP and Laravel Framework
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Must have previous experience in the development of high-end web applications in Php, MySql, and AJAX
• Previously built applications/websites in MVC frameworks, especially Laravel
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS3 including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Knowledge of open-source projects like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/GitLab

Position: Graphics Design & Digital Marketing (SEO/SMM) Specialist

Pathway is looking for filling up the following 01 vacant positions with an experienced Graphics Design & Digital Marketing Specialist.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns using Google Ad words, Social Media, Blog, Websites & Emails etc. to increase brand awareness and lead generation leading to sales growth.
• Flyer/ Leaflet, Social Media Post, Banner, etc. design for the marketing purpose.
• Product Label design, ads Images for websites and blogs, Brochures (print and digital) , Vehicle wraps etc.
• Clear understanding of Campaign forecast, growth analysis etc.
• Develop and manage digital marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
• Create the necessary database for marketing, e-mail and conduct various method of advertising campaigns using the database.
• Write content for marketing and knowledge of creating Banners, Images etc. to be displayed on the website, social media and E-mail Marketing.
• Expertise on Social Media platforms marketing- like in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, YouTube, to manage digital marketing campaigns, and marketing.
• Perform all digital marketing activities including Facebook posting, post boosting, responding to increase brand awareness.
• Manage & improve query response in social media.
• Update the content and maintenance of the company's E-commerce website. (Joomla & PHP-Laravel) (Not mandatory)
• Evaluate important metrics for website traffic and target audience.
• Coordinate closely with relevant teams (i.e. sales, product, and technical) to plan and execute effective campaigns.
• Develop and monitor social media campaign budgets.
• Prepare and analysis reports on marketing campaign's overall performance.
• Perform any other tasks related to digital marketing assigned by the management and providing feedback
